I've been thinking about mobile app design a lot recently. Some apps try to wow you with elaborate animations and tons of features right from the start, but then they're hard to figure out. Others, simple as they might seem, just work perfectly from the first tap. It's that feeling of immediate understanding that really hook me. What makes a mobile app feel "easy" instead of "exciting" when you first use it, and which experience do you prefer?
